KoralPaper Privacy Policy
Applies to the KoralPaper app and the KoralPaper MCP bridge (desktop extension). Effective 7 August 2026.
The short version
KoralPaper collects nothing, stores nothing outside your device, and talks to no server of ours. There is no account, no analytics, no tracking, and no telemetry of any kind.
The KoralPaper app
- Your drawings, images, settings and time-lapse recordings are stored only in your browser's local storage on your device, or in files you explicitly save yourself.
- The app works fully offline. The only optional network requests are to Google Fonts when you pick a web font; those requests are governed by Google's privacy policy. No document content is ever included in them.
- We operate no backend. We cannot see your work, and neither can anyone else through us.
The MCP bridge (desktop extension)
- The bridge runs entirely on your machine and connects your AI client (for example Claude Desktop) to the KoralPaper app in your browser over the local address 127.0.0.1. It accepts no remote connections.
- Content flows only between your AI client and your local browser. The bridge itself keeps no logs and stores no data.
- What you type into your AI client is handled by that client's provider under their own privacy policy (for Claude, see Anthropic's privacy policy).
Data retention
We retain nothing, because nothing ever reaches us. Clearing your browser storage or deleting your saved files removes your data completely.
Third-party sharing
None. There is no data to share.
